Two-Day Immersive Workshop: Art and Global Issues (event)
Join fellow educators this summer to explore how artists from various cultural backgrounds address issues of personal and global impact. Using works from the museum collection and arts-based inquiry activities, participants will make connections to their content areas and consider how they can help students investigate the world, recognize perspectives, communicate ideas, and take action.
A Certificate of Participation for 10 hours will be provided (1.0 CEU credit, with prior approval from the local school system). For more information, contact Kristin Smith.
