Educator Expo 2025 (event)

Educators: join us for a night devoted to you. Relax, snack, and enjoy being with your fellow educators and your Museum community. Attend a gallery talk with artist Malaika Temba, sign up for a free chair massage, visit The Book of Esther in the Age of Rembrandt, and try fun hands-on activities. We can’t wait to celebrate you! Expo tickets will be available on the hour at 4 and 5 pm to allow educators to select an entry time that fits their schedule. 

Event Activities: 

4 through 6 pm (West Building)  

West Building activities open, including: 

Savory Bites and Bar  

Free sign-up for 10-minute chair massages 

Hands-on activities featuring Kulsum Tasnif, NCMA art kits, and gallery sketching supplies 

Malaika Temba Artist Talk at 5:15 

  

5:30 through 7 pm (East Building)   

East Building activities open, including: 

Dessert and Bar available 

NC DNCR Resource Fair featuring Learning Happens Here, America 250, and many other state cultural resources; Includes a zine-making activity 

Exhibition access for The Book of Esther in the Age of Rembrandt and Then and There, Here and Now
