Hey educators, the VITAL Health team would like to acknowledge your incredible contributions to the community over the past year by inviting you to a virtual restorative workshop. No assignments. No expectations. No standardized testing. We promise. Simply show up just as you are (on Zoom). Together, we will explore a meditative flower-making practice while engaging in an open discussion about your lived experiences as educators with contributors Dr. Kelsey Evans-Amalu and North  Carolina Educator Elena Rodriguez-DePaul.
