Stacy Lynn Waddell is a North Carolina based artist that uses unconventional tools to create art that reinterprets well known images and brings new attention to overlooked events and people that are uniquely American. Join us for a discussion with the artist to explore how the ideas of alchemy, appropriation and transformation are at the core of her artistic process and consider applications to your classroom practice.
