Currently living outside of London, Chris Drury creates both temporary and permanent sculptures in the landscape, made out of natural materials. He has created his site-specific artworks all over the world, including recent commissions in London, Paris, Edinburgh, Dublin, Copenhagen, and Los Angeles. He studied sculpture at the Camberwell School of Art and has received a Pollock-Krasner Award. His work is in numerous public collections, including the British Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the Henry Art Gallery in Seattle. Chris Drury (born 1948) is a British environmental artist. His body of work includes ephemeral assemblies of natural materials, land art in the mode associated with Andy Goldsworthy, as well as more permanent landscape art, works on paper and indoor installations. He also works in 3D (three-dimensional) sculpture.
